|Breakfast. Porridge with egg whites, banana and homemade muesli.|
|School lunch. Vegetable steaks, potatoes, salad and sour milk.|
|Bread. Ate almost the whole loaf.|
The bread was not supposed to be my dinner. I made salad for the man and pizza for the boy. And I had 200g of dried apricots right before the bread, so I had zero appetite for a meal. Bread and apricot dinner.
I also went to the gym in the morning and ran outside at night.
